This gourmet gift box contains 1 serving of each:

 

- Ginger Chicken Masala with Rice:

Diced white chicken breast meat simmered in a tomato-based ginger sauce with mild Indian seasonings served over Basmati rice.

- Ravioli Magdalene:

Fresh ricotta cheese ravioli in a fresh basil tomato sauce seasoned with olives, artichoke quarters and capers

- Herb Chicken with Ratatouille:

Herbed boneless, skinless chicken breast baked & served with a side of simmered Mediterranean ratatouille.

- Pesto Salmon with Squash:

Baked salmon filet covered in our exclusive basil walnut pesto sauce and served with a medley of summer squash and zucchini seasoned with garlic and olive oil.

- Quiche Lorraine:

Traditional French quiche filling made with eggs and cream to which our chefs have added Candian ham, Swiss cheese and fresh onions, and then poured into our soft, flaky and light quiche crust.

- Lentil Shepherd's Pie:

A layer of savory lentils seasoned with garlic and spices then topped with a layer of creamy Red Bliss mashed potatoes.

- Tilapia in Herb Wine Butter:

Poached tilapia topped with a dollop of white wine, lemon and herb butter and served over a bed of steamed green beans.
